Through in-depth communication and guidance with the "Personal Development Action Plan", we set specific development plans for employees, effectively improving their comprehensive knowledge and skills. Employee Growth Curriculum System

YARDS Group's employee growth system is based on the PAIE (Perform, Achieve, Improvement, Establish) model, tailored to the needs of individuals and the company. Employees of different levels have corresponding PAIE courses at different stages.


P (Perform)

Once employees adapt to their new positions, we help them better showcase their abilities, especially the leadership skills needed for promotion to new levels.
